dominant Insurance company in Palestine is looking urgently for an Executive
Administrative Assistant / Translator,
to
work closely with the Corporate Development and Investment Manager in HQ Office
- Ramallah
Position Title: Executive Administrative Assistant / Translator
(Code: Lastname / Exce. Admin. Translator.)
Key Responsibilities:
-A majority of the work will be translating documents, reports, and analyses from Arabic to English and vice versa
-Dynamic role encompassing administrative support duties and expanding into opportunities with greater responsibility including creating legal agreements, business development and project management.
-Executive administrative support
-Manages office tasks: answers phones, prioritizes mail, filing, photocopying, exercising good judgment on all matters
-Maintaining multiple appointment calendars and coordinating meetings with senior management of the firm
-Organizing travel arrangements and itinerary
-Composing and preparing memos, emails and presentations
-Undertaking any assignment (data entry to financial analysis)
-Liaising with other department assistants and providing backup when necessary
Key Requirements :
-Major or Minor in English (MUST)
-Exceptional English and Arabic language skills
-Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
-Resolute work ethic
-Efficient / Quick Learner
-High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Outlook, and Word
