A leading Third Party Administration (TPA) company is planning to commence operations with offices in Ramallah Palestine.
The company has been in operation for more than
10 years, and has developed an extensive experience in managing and processing
medical claims. The following are list of Vacancies:
1. General Manager:
Basic Function and Principles:
• Manage the day to day operations.
• Implement all policies adopted by the board.
• Recruit ,supervises ,develop competent staff.
• Report frequently to the board.
• Recommends appropriate policy issues for BOD
attention.
Qualifications :
• Min 5-7 years of experience in similar work.
• Master Degree in Business Administration,
Marketing, or related fields.
• Excellent communication and writing skills in
Arabic and English.
2. Claim Supervisor (Diagnostic, Doctor,
Pharmacy and In-Patient):
Basic Function and Principles:
• Receive, review and check the claims as per
procedures, compare
with policies and /or related contracts and
highlight discrepancies, or
ambiguities.
• Arrange for data input.
• Produce the required reports.
• Supervise activities assigned and ensure
their compliance with the
established andapproved work procedures and
instructions.
Qualifications :
• Min 3-5 years of experience in similar work.
• BS in Pharmaceutical, Nursing, or related
fields.
• Excellent communication and writing skills in
Arabic and English.
3. Medical Auditor :
Basic Function and Principles:
• Receive the claims, reviews and checks the
medical claims pertaining to
the in-patient and emergency cases.
• Process claims as pre procedures and polices
related to each of the
contracts and agreements.
• Highlight discrepancies and any deviations
from agreed on terms.
• Arrange for data input on the system.
• Supervise the activities of the subordinates
assigned and ensure their
compliance with the established and approved
work procedures and
policies.
Qualifications :
• Min 3-5 years of experience in the medical
field, pharmaceutical filed,
hospitals, or insurance companies
• Medical degree, pharmaceutical degree
(Bachelor).
• Bachelor in biology.
• Excellent communication and writing skills in
Arabic and English.
4. Network Supervisor :
Basic Function and Principles:
• Ensure satisfaction of Health Care Providers
and satisfaction of insurers
through following up on their issue.
• Solving problems and providing them with
necessary services.
Qualifications :
• Min 5-7 years of experience in similar work.
• BS in Nursing, Pharmacy, Lab or related
fields.
• Excellent communication and writing skills in
Arabic and English.
5. Pre-Approvals Medical Center Supervisor
(In-Patient,Out Patient,Diagnostics):
Basic Function and Principles:
• Perform initial and ongoing medical
assessment and evaluate all cases.
• Provide all approvals on all cases of the
In-Patient, Out –Patient claims.
• Checks compliance with procedures and
policies and highlight
discrepancies.
• Check on treatment authorization and in the
preparation of related
reports and statistics.
• Manage the call center.
Qualifications :
• Min 5-7 years of experience in similar work,
in insurance companies.
• Medical degree (Bachelor).
• Excellent communication and writing skills in
Arabic and English.
6. Business Development Manager:
Basic Function and Principles:
• Direct all activities related to enhancing
the Company image and brand in
the insurance sector.
• Set and direct the Company overall Business
Development strategy and
monitor and evaluate its performance.
• Set and direct the Company current accounts
management strategy to
insure the highest level of customer
satisfaction.
Qualifications :
• Min7-10 years of experience in similar work.
• BA degree in Business Administration,
Marketing, or related fields, MBA
is Preferred.
• Excellent communication and writing skills in
Arabic and English.
7. Account Management Supervisor :
Basic Function and Principles:
• Manage the activity and staff of the Account
Management Division
including the planning and scheduling
requirements according to
established procedure and management
directives.
• Manage and act as the center point of contact
for all insurance and self
fund companies.
Qualifications :
• Min 5-7 years of experience in similar work.
• BA degree in Business Administration or
related fields.
• Excellent communication and writing skills in
Arabic and English.
8. Chief Accountant :
Basic Function and Principles:
• Supervise all accounting tasks, audit on all
accounting transactions and
distributing work load among accountants.
• Supervise the preparation and actions
financial accounting documentation’s
to facilitate the financial operations at
payments, payroll, billings, banking
and book keeping to comply with international
accounting professional
standards, budgets and cost control procedures
and to meet the related
auditing requirements.
• Prepares information for and production of
regular financial accounting
reports and update financial records.
• File financial and related correspondence and
documents.
Qualifications :
• Min 3-5 years of experience in similar work
• BA degree in Accounting CPA, CMA is
Preferred.
• Excellent communication and writing skills in
Arabic and English.
9. Accountant and Personnel Officer:
Basic Function and Principles:
• Provide personnel services to the company
managers and staff. Includes
recruitment forms and personnel information
regarding leaves,
attendance, ETC.
• Prepare reports on employees status for
higher management and various
government agencies.
• Follow up on personal action required, comply
with established approved
procedure and the company’s quality system.
Qualifications :
• Min 2-3 years of experience in similar work.
• BA degree in Business Administration or
related fields.
• Excellent communication and writing skills in
Arabic and English.
10. ICT Supervisor :
Basic Function and Principles:
• Manage the activities and personnel of the
department. Includes,
planning, coordinating and selecting and
managing the different software
packages available to Company’s various
departments.
• Review new IT related technologies and
reallocation.
• Maintain and controls software tools,
hardware, network and needed
software reference library.
• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the
operations of information
systems and electronic data processing.
• Plan and implement the additions, deletions
and major modifications of
the IT infrastructure.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures
for electronic data
processing and computer systems operations.
• Administer, develop, maintain and implement
the policies and procedures
necessary to ensure the security and integrity
of the corporate database
operations.
Qualifications :
• Min 5-7 years of experience in similar work.
• BS in Computer Science or Software
Engineering, MBA or M.s Preferred.
• DBA Certified, Oracle Certificates, ITIL3.
• Excellent communication and writing skills in
Arabic and English.
