Salary : LDC Contract Band “E” – S1 817.30JD that varies in accordance to the
pay policies set by the Agency.
5-Allowances :
Dependency Allowances payable and other benefits (Medical Insurance) &
Currency Adjustment Factor.
6-Qualifications:
-University degree
or its equivalent in literature, journalism, social sciences, arts or related
fields.
-1-2 years of
experience in public relations and/or journalism.
-Excellent command
of written and spoken Arabic and English.
Competencies
-Computer literate
and skilled in the usage of standard software applications.
-Ability to adapt
to difficult working environment, under pressure and with limited
timeframes
-Ability to take
initiative and maintain effective relationships with all
concerned.
-Strong
communication skills.
DESIRABLE
QUALIFICATIONS
-The incumbent
will be required to travel frequently throughout the West Bank and East
Jerusalem.
-Experience in
operation of UNRWA’s Communication and Visibility guidelines and
policies
-Relevant
professional experience in a large/international
organization.
OTHER
REQUIREMENTS
A valid driving
license to drive in the WB/East Jerusalem is a must
