The Rosa Luxemburg Stiftung (RLS) is a German political
foundation affiliated with the German party “Die Linke” (Left Party).
RLS is a
provider of civic education and a center for progressive social research
(www.rosaluxemburg.ps and www.rosalux.de).
We announce the following vacancies to support our team in RLS Ramallah Office:
Position: Program Manager (full time)
Main tasks and responsibilities:
-Developing, implementing and monitoring the program of RLS with a special focus on the own measures
of RLS (e.g. the organization of round tables, workshops, exchange programs)
-Developing and contributing to RLS public relation work
-Supporting the overall performance and further development of RLS
Professional and personal requirements:
-Master’s degree in social sciences or related fields
-Minimum of 5 years professional experience in project management or related fields
-Sharing the understandings of RLS
-Convenience in working in an international setting
-Fluency in spoken and written English; Arabic and German are an asset
-Highly motivated, highly communicative and creative, well-organized
The position will be offered to the selected candidate from 1 August 2013 until 31 December 2014.
