Position Title: Non-Motor underwriter (Code: LAST NAME / NON MOTORUNDERWRITER)
Duties and Responsibilities:
1-Execute all work related to General Insurance Department through the company's systems and network according to the used forms, documents, and endorsements and the reinsurance agreements and its covers, instructions and decisions of the company and the working laws and regulations in Palestine according to law.
2-Issue, prepare and examine all General Insurance policies according to systems & law.
3-Follow up co-insurance with other insurance companies.
4-Prepare and follow up quotations of different types of General Insurance.
5-Attend General Insurance tenders.
6-Follow up customers of expired policies by contacting them and renewing their policies.
7-Follow up customers of other insurance companies in order to attract them.
8-Follow up collection of direct production of AR.
9-Organize and archive policies and save them in storages.
10-Submit a monthly report to Asst. of GM for Investments and Corp. Dev.
11-Perform other duties assigned by Asst. of GM for Investments and Corp. Dev.
Qualifications:
-Minimum of 2 years of bank corporate loans /sales experience.
-BS. Accounting/Finance/ Financial & Banking /Business administration / economics from accredited university
-Ability to learn quickly.
-Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
-Strong effective negotiation Skills and Sales
-Ability to solve problems / high pressure issues
-Willingness to work occasionally outside of normal business hours
-Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
-Fluent in English and Arabic
