Golden elite for contracting and general trading company are exclusive distributor of several products .
We are looking for Sales Coordinator with 2 years experience and huge knowledge in coordination, good communication skills and fluent in English is necessary.

Job Description For Sales Coordinator

MAIN DUTIES:

-To respond quickly and efficiently to all in-coming sales enquiries, by telephone, fax and email, preparing brochures as required
-To follow up all enquiries, preparing proposals where necessary and facilitating show rounds with potential clients to show them our facilities
-Contracting bookings and raising invoices
-Coordinating all details for the client.

-Promotion of our facilities to new and existing clients through a pro-active approach.
-Responding to and coordinating all internal meeting requests.
-Assisting in implementing the sales strategy as set by the Sales executive and Sales Manager, including strategies for encouraging repeat business and up-selling
-A Sales Coordinator primarily assists the sales team, focusing mostly on managing schedules and the distribution of any sales documentation.
-A Sales Coordinator prepares and then follows up on any sales quotations made for clients, negotiating terms with the client at a cost best suited for them.

-You must be able to efficiently respond to any online or telephone queries in a calm and friendly manner.
-The Sales Coordinator must liaise between other departments and the client to provide the service most suitable to the client’s needs, cost and time restraints.
-You must also be able to work closely with the Sales team to assess the progress of the department and develop Sales strategy accordingly.

Administration:

-To record the progress of all enquiries and translate into a monthly report, including source of business trends, enquiry conversion rates, future predicted sales and other reports as directed by the sales manager
-Ensure an efficient tracking system of all event paper-work
-Up-keep of a client and agents database – updating where necessary to allow effective promotions.
-Compilation of weekly overview sheets to all departments including communication
