ANERA is an international, non-profit, non-governmental
organization implementing infrastructure projects in theWest Bank and
Gaza.
ANERA is recruiting
for the following vacancies to serve under its newly awarded Palestinian
Community Infrastructure Development (PCID) Program, a five year USAID-funded
program to be based in its Jerusalem office as follows:
Compliance Assistant
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
-Perform data entry duties
-Review all supporting documents and ensure all necessary documents and information is complete, accurate, and submitted to the project on a timely basis
-Maintain compliance tracking systems to track compliance threshold for vendors and NGOs and advice when action is required
-Filling the compliance forms and supporting documents in both soft electronic copies and hard copies
-Liaise with project staff to ensure the compliance process is considered in project transactions
-Prepare sub-award reports on a monthly basis and ensure that all activities are included for the month
-Maintain and ensure proper filing system for sub-award documents and supporting documents
-Prepare for and assist in compliance reviews and support the team in responding to donor
-Complete any other tasks assigned by the Procurement and Compliance Manager
Minimum Requirements:
-First level university degree in business administration, finance, law, or related field
-At least two years experience working in an administrative/ operations role with an international development organization, preferably on USAID-funded projects
-Experience with USAID projects preferred
-Excellent attention to detail and strong ability to multitask
-Experience within an audit set-up would be considered a plus
-Experience with MS Office Suite
-Fluency in Arabic and English
