Location: Ramallah This announcement is a part of the
organizational capacity
building project funded by Arab fund for social and economic development
and managed by welfare association Stars of Hope Society is a lead
organization for women with all type of disability in Palestine, it was founded
as a result of discrimination against women with disability and the lack of
organizations that target this issue.
Since its foundation in
2006, SHS has been eager to increase awareness about women with disability,
their status, reality and needs as an endeavor to promote equality in
education, employment and all walks of life. Furthermore, SHS has been
successful at increasing the awareness of women with disabilities on their
rights, as well as building their capacities and developing their professional
skills to increase their chances on reaching out for equal job opportunities.
Therefore, and as a step
to continue its effort, Stars of Hope is seeking to contract with a certified
trainer to conduct capacity building training for its employee’s to improve
their skills and capacity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conducting a 5 days
training on time management
• Conducting a 5 days
training on proposal writing & project management
• Conducting a 7 days
training on Training of Trainers in provision of services
Qualifications:
• At least 5 years’
experience in conducting trainings on the 3 fields
• Outstanding command of
training methodology.
• Strong communication
skills
• Team leader
• Excellent
interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop
training content.
• Strong motivation

in the fields.
