Knowledge and
experience:
Education:
-
Holds a Masters degree preferably in the fields of Management/Administration or
other relevant social sciences.
Experience:
-
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience working with non-governmental structures,
in providing management advisory services, hands-on experience in design,
monitoring and evaluation of development projects (in natural or social
sciences, public policy or related field).

Exceptional program, project and contract management skills, including managing
subcontractor's work
Skills:
-Excellent communication
skills with capability of functioning within teamwork.
-Excellent leadership,
management, developmental and financial skills
-Excellent computer skills
especially in MS office
-Excellent Proposal writing
skills and developmental experience
-Strong Arabic &
English Language skills
-Ability to move and travel

Primary responsibility
(Position summary):
The
program manager will oversee development and implementation of GCMHP's overall
planning programs and manage specific projects. Program management
responsibilities will include Planning, developing, implementing, monitoring,
evaluating and reporting of GCMHP projects/programmes in accordance with the
organization's mandate.
Key Duties and
Responsibilities:
-
Design and develop GCMHP’s strategic plan and projects.
-
Develop action plan for GCMHP projects within the framework of the strategic
plan.
Lead
the process of proposal writing for GCMHP’s projects and according to
strategies.
-
Assist in Fundraising of GCMHP’s projects.
-
Track projects deliverables using appropriate tools and provide direction and
support to projects teams.
-
Ensure quality assurance, ensure constantly monitor and report on progress of
the projects to all stakeholders
-
Provide all kinds of reports required and according to project and donors
requirements and within the time frame “monthly, biannual, annual”
-
Keep periodic evaluations and assessment of projects results and
outputs.
- Any
other tasks and according to position and project requirements.
Contract: 10 months with
possible extension (the first three months probationary period)
