Caritas Baby
Hospital, established in Bethlehem 60 years ago, is the pilot project of
Children’s Relief Bethlehem. The Hospital has a wide range of activities: an
82-bed pediatric hospital with a full range of diagnostic facilities, an
extensive pediatric outpatient clinic, a diversified social work sector, and an
officially recognized nursing college for practical nurses.

STAFF NURSE:
QUALIFICATIONS:
This position
requires staff with a four-year college degree in nursing. A post graduate
degree in neonate will be an asset. The candidate must have a valid
professional license issued by the Ministry of Health, and must have at least
six to twelve months’ documented previous experience in a hospital set-up.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
The jobholder must
have good observation and documentation skills, as well as a professional holistic
nursing care approach. He/she must have the ability to organize the nursing
work in the ward, identifying priorities and reacting quickly and positively
under work stress or emergency situations. He/she must have the ability to
motivate the nursing team and to maintain good cooperation with it and with the
staff of other sectors interacting with the wards. He/she must be skilled at
using the equipment in the ward.Finally, he/she must have good communication
and English language skills.
