Coordinator (Full Time):
A project coordinator is an administrative professional whose
assistance is required on in a project that is usually outsourced on a
client/contract basis. To layout plans for activities and supervise the
implementation of the work-plan.
Qualifications:
Master degree in
Management and/or equivalent work experience, with preferably an average of 4
diverse years of experience in related field, socioeconomically, and preferably
the following:
• Documented
knowledge of both practical and theoretical aspects of project management
techniques and tools.
• Experience in
people management, strategic planning and risk management.
• Excellent verbal
and written communication skills, Proficiency in both written and spoken English
and Arabic, and the ability to present coherent, well-structured analysis and
articulation in both languages.
• Ability to
multi-task, learn and adapt quickly.
• Good
understanding of MS office products: MS Word, Excel, Access.
• Comprehensive
understanding of the adolescent’s context in the area.
• Neutrality and
Impartiality absolutely required.
• Very good
organizational skills, and ability to analyse, utilize and implement
work-plans.
• Evaluate, assess
and make proper referrals.
• Problems solving
ability, especially at the field.
• Ability to work
in a multicultural environment – ability to work independently.
• Plan project
activities in order to accomplish its goals within constraints such as time,
cost and agreed quality standards.
• Resident of Jerusalem
and holds a Jerusalem ID.
Duties:
1. PC will be
responsible over managing and utilizing resources in supporting the project,
also leading the planning and implementation of activities.
2. Arrange all
aspects of field work.
3. Facilitate the
definition of project scope, goals, deliverables, project tasks, resource
requirements and schedule project timelines.
4. Develops full
scale project plans and maintains a detailed project schedule which includes
tasks and involvements in the project.
5. Constantly
monitor and report the progress of the project to all stakeholders defining
problems and solutions.
6. Participate in
evaluations and assessment of results and ensure adherence to deadlines.
7. Perform regular
field visits, verifying the collected data through the program with an
appropriate on-going follow-up.
8. Assist in
analysing and explaining success and/or failure, plus identifying unintended
positive or negative effects/observations for the collected field data.
9. Prepare and
ensure timely input reporting, as required (Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly).
