The Brigham Young University – Jerusalem Center for Near Eastern Studies is seeking a candidate for the following position

Office Manager

Minimum Requirements
-Experience in the usage of computers and office software packages (Word, Excel etc…).
-Excellent communication and organizational skills.
-Fluency in both written and spoken English
-High proficiency in both Arabic and Hebrew.
-Jerusalem resident and Jerusalem ID holder.
-Previous experience in office management is an asset.
Job Description:
Management and organization of the administration office.
Secretarial work and responsibility for the office filing system.
Assistance to administration and academic staff.
Maintaining personnel files, data management and organization of reports.
Responsibility for visas renewal.
Assistance with personnel issues: payroll, insurance, etc…
Assistance with reservations, procurement and accounts.
