a Coordinator for Demonstration Farm to work in its office in Gaza.

Key
Qualifications:
Candidates should meet the
following:
• University degree in
Plant production and protection
• Three years of relevant
experience and technical work in the sectors of agricultural at field
level
• Working knowledge of
English
Selection
Criteria:
Candidates will be assessed
against the following:
• Extent of experience in
vegetable and tree cultivation;
• Demonstrated ability to
conduct cultivation experiment;
• Extent of familiarity
with the participatory agricultural extension method;
• Demonstrated ability to
analyze a result of evaluation study and survey;
• Demonstrated
communication skills in English, both orally and in writing.
• Demonstrated ability to
work in a team, and interpersonal skills;
• Capability of working
with people of different national and cultural backgrounds.
• Good skills in
computer/word processing.
