RIYADA Consulting and
Training, a Palestinian development consultancy firm based in Ramallah is
looking for:
Full Time Projects
Manager / Researcher
Job Responsibilities:
1)
Analyze RFPs and TORs, develop quantitative and qualitative methodologies and
assist in setting up consultancy and research teams.
2)
Conduct interviews, focus groups, document case studies and conduct thorough
analysis of collected data and information from the field.
3)
Produce professional reports for clients in English and Arabic.
4)
Write and edit documents as needed.
5)
Manage consulting projects including monitoring and evaluation (M&E),
technical assistance for institutional development, strategic planning and
social/economic research.
6)
Represent Riyada Consulting to clients and senior level officials.
7)
Liaison with clients and address their requests and needs.
8)
Identify and recruit technical experts to serve as external consultants on
projects in a variety of fields on continuous basis.
9)
Develop technical and financial proposals for new business, including,
consulting, training, and technical assistance.
Qualifications:
• At
least 5 - 8 years of extensive technical experience in the field of
international development and management of donor funded
projects/programs
•
Masters degree in a relevant field (Development Studies, Economics, Business,
Finance, Social Science, etc.) or equivalent professional
experience
•
Extensive experience with different donors approaches and
regulations
•
Excellent spoken and written English is required
•
Excellent proficiency in spoken and written Arabic is preferred
•
Strong management and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated skills
in:
•
Demonstrated skills in multiple task monitoring and follow- up.
•
Strong communication, coordination and public relations skills.
•
Ability to work cooperatively as a member of a team.
•
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
•
Writing proposals and other professional reports
•
Project/program management
•
Quantitative and qualitative data analysis
•
Budgeting
Note: this position is
open to both international (Arabic speaking) and local candidates (native
speaker level English language).
