A leading international development company specializing in multi sector development seeks experts for long-term and short-term positions
in deferent areas of Palestine on a project that will support the Palestinian Authority, Palestinian Community and the local market. The project aims to strengthen the capacity of deferent sectors. In particular, the company seeks Administrative and Human Resources Associate.

Minimum requirements
-Advanced University Degree in human resources management, public or business administration or any other related field.
-Minimum six years of progressively responsible experience in human resources management, public or business administration or any other related field.
**However, candidates with BA degree in human resources management, public or business administration or any other related field with more than 8 years of work experience are also encouraged to apply for this position.

Competencies
-Ability to relay information, as appropriate, and to collect, analyzes and evaluates data for reports and future planning.
-Effective planning, organization and administrative skills.
-Strong report writing abilities.
-Ability to work effectively under conditions of limited or dual supervision, high stress and rapidly changing situations and circumstances.
-Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines.
-Ability to use computer software related to an office environment (Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent).
-Ability to work collaboratively with other human resources and administrative professionals, both Palestinian and international.

Selection Criteria
Candidates will be assessed against the following:
-Level of academic qualifications.
-Extent of, and relevance of experience in human resources management, public or business administration.
-Experience working on international donor projects and fluency in English.
