Main
responsibilities:
Creates
and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing
needs and requirements.
Supports
and coaches a group of technical engineers, develops training schedules and
ensures that subordinates perform duties in accordance with corporate policies
and industry standards.
Effectively applies methodology and enforces project
standards.
Prepares
for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures.
Minimizes
exposure and risk on project.
Follows up
with customers and ensures their satisfaction during the implementation and in
cases of maintenance requests.
Analyzes
project profitability, revenue, margins and utilization.
Qualifications required:
University
degree in electronics or telecommunication Engineering or equivalent
professional qualification.
3 years’
of work experience in the ICT industry.
