talented candidate to fulfill the position of Sales
Coordinator.
Position
Summary:
Sales
Coordinator will be responsible for all indirect sales activities and back
office tasks and follow-ups to support Sales Team operations.
S/he
will be responsible to manage all related internal tasks and correspondences
crucial to offers compilations, tenders, RFQs, grant necessary approvals,
customers presentations, etc. to expand NTS customer base and customer share in
the market.
S/he
will Work within the sales and commercial team to support achievement of sales
targets, revenue generation, and long-term accounts growth.
Main Duties / Key
Responsibilities:
•
Assist Sales Team in their activities with tasks required from NTS related
Directorates/Departments such as offers/tenders/RFQs preparations, technical
presentations preparations, data sheet and literature development,
etc.
•
Handle electronic and indirect requests for general information, inquiries in
regards to leads, potential opportunities, offers, etc; and pass them to the
Sales Officers and/or related Directorates or Departments.
•
Login customers sales orders onto the required system to kick-off project
cycle.
•
Understand lead qualifications cycle to determine viability of prospects and
conduct specific follow ups tasks.
Qualifications/Skills
Requirements:
• 1-2
related work experience.
•
Experience in ICT sector is a plus.
•
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a team
environment.
•
Good English communication skills.
•
Good computer and MS skills.
