“(Doctors without Borders) is currently seeking to hire a Medical ICU
Facilitator for ICU program in Gaza. The post location will be Gaza City with
movements throughout the Strip.
The
Facilitator will support ICU Nurse with the development and implementation of
ICU training activities.
Requirements:
1. Must be a
Registered Nurse or Doctor with 4 years relevant post-basic experience
2. A minimum
of 5 years practical experience as a Registered Nurse or Doctor previous
facilitation experience
3. A
proactive, results driven person with high energy levels, strong technical orientation
and clinical competence
4. Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to plan and organize and a
commitment to personnel development
5. experience
in education and previous training experience will serve as recommendation
6. Good
general organization skills.
7. Excellent
English language level proficiency both written and spoken
8. Ability to
work in a multidisciplinary team
9. Ability to
work under pressure and stress management capacity.
