Agriculture Development Association (PARC) is seeking qualified candidates for the following position

Location: Jerusalem Governorate
Accountant Officer

Job Summary
1-Analyze, evaluate and process, all financial data into computerized accounting system to conduct financial reports on all levels.
2-Verifies all payment requests and ensure compliance with projects budgets and the organization’s internal rules and regulations.
3-Assists in preparation of budgets, and ensure compliance with the organization internal regulations regarding accounting and financial management requirements.
4-Prepare and follow up financial reports on regular basis to donors and to executive financial management.
5-Ensure the readiness of all financial data in connection with end month, and end year procedures.
6-Consult the executive financial manager for day to day transactions.

Qualifications & Requirements
-Minimum a bachelor degree in Accounting from Credential University.
-Good knowledge of not-for-profit accounting principles, and best practices in the profession.
-Good knowledge in procedural and reporting requirements as well as knowledge in local accounting practices and relevant laws.
-A minimum of five years of experience working on accounting / financial management of developmental programs.
-Leadership and interpersonal skills.
-Excellent oral and written English language skills.
-Proficiency in Microsoft office applications is required.
-Freedom of movement between Ramallah and Jerusalem
-Jerusalem ID holder
-Valid driving license
