Wataniya Mobile company is seeking qualified candidates to fill the following position:
VAC3206 - Collection Supervisor – Middle of West Bank

Field: Customer Care
Contract Type: Full Time - Permanent
Location: Palestine - Ramallah
Closing date: 04-Mar-2013

Role Summary & Duties and Responsibilities:

- Managing collection function in full coordination with credit department, financial back office and other related departments in the company.
- Maintains an up to date subscriber’s data updated in terms of industry classification and other key data items related to collections in the billing system.
- Updating the agent’s portfolios on monthly basis and supports the efforts for follow up.
- Managing the allocated / available resources efficiently in supporting the daily operations of field collections.
- Following the collection agents in matters related to their portfolios: data analysis, reporting incidents, and collection targets progress according to the agreed KPIs.
- Responsible on following up the monthly collection agent’s checklist communication process.
- Evaluating the credit worthiness of the agent’s portfolios on quarterly basis and determine the appropriate credit factors / collaterals needed.
- Coordinating with the collection back office regarding payments targeting and BDD upload and download operations.
- Responsible on the payment acceptance process and monitoring the compliance of the team to the approved variant payments policies.
- Coordinating with other related departments in managing the check acceptance process, refund operations, waiving and transferring files (legal, finance).
- Coordinating with the collection back office in the financial monthly reconciliation and the quarterly data reconciliation.
- Responsible on balancing portfolios and evaluates the needed resources to adequately manage the field collections efficiently.
- Dealing with the emerging instances with subscribers - raised from the collection agents - and try to resolve, escalated and document them within agreed SLA.
- Responsible on other assigned tasks and projects from the management and report on them.
- Communicating with IT to submit, follow up and implement any CRs related to the work scope.
- Dealing with internal departments (Sales, Finance … etc) to ensure smooth daily operations.

Experience & Qualifications:

- Minimum 5years of practical experience, where the last 2 years are in managing people role.
- Bachelor degree in a related field.

- Strong leadership skills.
- Excellent Organizational skills.
- Very good thoroughness and attention to details skills.
- Very good knowledge in general administrative duties.
- Self-Motivated and Pro-active.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent Computer knowledge especially in Microsoft Office Suit.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English (oral and written)
