Requirements:
-Minimum 3 - 4 years of experience in recruitment and/or human resources.
-Fluent in English and Arabic (written and oral).
-High work ethic, ability to work with deadlines and under pressure.
-Excellent communication skills, excellent judge of character, motivated and results driven.
-Foreign Passport holder is a plus.
Your Duties:
-Actively seek out and recruit quality candidates for consideration by management.
-Administer aptitude examinations and conduct first round interviews.
-Create job descriptions through coordination with hiring departments.
-Manage complete employment hiring process.
-Conduct training sessions regarding leadership, policies, procedures and best practices to continually refine workforce.
