Product
Return & Quality Control Administrator Ref.
No.(HR-PR&QCA-1)
Main
responsibilities:
Checks on
daily basis the Product Return process.
Communicates with customers to come up with reasonable solutions for
their returned products (example: cash refund, replacement,
etc.).
Checks the
Product Return status at the branches and coordinates with the Branch
Supervisor for replacement from Mecca branch (or any other branch specified
later
Submit
weekly reports on Product Return status & Quality Control results to the
Technical Services & Customer Care Manager.
Qualifications required:
-Bachelor’s degree or associate’s degree in IT or equivalent
field.
-Excellent
command of English language.
-Proficient in relevant computer applications.
-Excellent
skills in Quality Control.
-Seniority
technical background experience in handsets.
-Knowledge
of customer service principles and practices
