Qualifications
:
Education: University
degree in veterinary medicine.
Experience:
• At least 5 years of proven experience in the management and implementation of veterinary and livestock related interventions and programmes, with focus on capacity development in these fields.
• Proven knowledge of animal registration and identification systems.
• Proven experience in the development and implementation of training/coaching programmes targeting veterinary and livestock professional personnel.
• Proven experience in leading a team and managing a complex project; and proven experience in dealing and liaising with PA, UN, donors and nongovernmental national and international organizations.
• Valid membership in the national veterinary doctors syndicate.

spoken and written Arabic and English.

Duty
Station: Ramallah, with frequent visits to project sites in the selected
districts, including the Gaza Strip and Jerusalem to liaise with other
partners.
